Lu discovered the benefits of Pilates as she recovered from her chronic lower back pain as a result of a bulging disc condition in her spine. She practiced Pilates in combination with Yoga to rehabilitate her lower back. The realization of the benefits of Pilates has led Lu to embark on the journey of becoming a Pilates instructor. Lu is passionate about using her knowledge of Pilates to help people through injury rehabilitation as well as to improve their physical and mental well-being.

  • Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Certification (AASFP) 

  • Yoga TTC (RYT-200) - Yoga Wheel TTC (YACEP)

  • Certified Pre & Post Natal Pilates (AASFP)

  • Certified Comprehensive Pilates for Sciatica (AASFP)

  • Certified Comprehensive Pilates for Scoliosis (AASFP)

  • Certified Fascia Bell Certification (AASFP)

  • Certified TRX Suspendsion Training Course 

  • Certified Stand Up Paddle Board Beginner Program (SUPHKBA)
