• A minimum of 12-hours' notice is required if you need to cancel / reschedule your booking. You will be charged the full class rate for a late cancellation (i.e. cancellation within the 12-hour mark) or ‘no-show’, and no make-up class will be provided. For those who are on packages, a session will be debited from your package in this instance. • For cancellation / rescheduling of bookings BEFORE the 12-hours’ mark, please write to info@pilatesedge.hk. Class fees which have been paid in this case can be used for the next class you book. Class fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. • All sessions and classes are 60 minutes. Sessions will begin and end promptly as scheduled. • Regardless of arrival time, sessions will end at the scheduled time. • 10-session packages can only be used on sessions of the same price or of a lower price (no refund of the price difference will be made in this case).
