If the "BOOK" button for the class is not there, that means the class is full already.

To make sure your booking is confirmed, make sure you receive an automatic booking confirmation email from us (you need to opt in to receive emails upon registration).

Clients are subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy. Your session will be charged, and NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING OF CLASS is allowed if rescheduling/ cancellation of bookings is made within the 12-hour window.

Class booking closes 6 hours prior to class start time.

All group classes are for females only.

All classes are delivered in English (except for classes which specify Cantonese-only).
