Please read the following before you make your bookings:

If the "BOOK" icon for the class is not there, that means the class is full already.

To make sure your booking is confirmed, make sure you opt in to receive emails upon registration and receive an automatic booking confirmation email.

Validity period-- single session: 2 months; package: 6 months, starting from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions will be forfeited upon the expiry of the validity period.

Clients are subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy. Your session will be charged, and NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING OF CLASS is allowed if rescheduling/ cancellation of bookings is made within the 12-hour window.

Class booking closes 6 hours prior to class start time.

All group classes are for females only.

All classes are delivered in English (except for classes which specify Cantonese-only).
