Established in 2017, Pilates Edge is a boutique studio dedicated to WOMEN's health and fitness through the practice of Pilates techniques.

 

As a form of exercise for women, Pilates excels in the sense that it can create a toned and lean body. Pilates exercises specifically target the abdominal muscles, hips and buttocks ("the core" muscles), and are therefore highly beneficial for women who want to trim and tone those areas.
