As a Pilates instructor and Yoga instructor, Sita draws on both disciplines to creates classes that improve posture, core stability, mobility and general wellbeing. Sita is dedicated to helping her clients find strength and inner balance through mindful movement. Her classes blend technical precision with a focus on breath-to-movement, ensuring clients finish their classes feeling energized and centered.

 

Sita’s qualifications:

  • Certified STOTT Pilates Reformer Instructor 

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training)

  • IAOTH certified singing bowl healing practitioner
