Maggie is dedicated to building stronger bodies and calmer minds through classical Pilates. Maggie connects with her clients on a personal level with customised exercises and personalized adjustments that ease body pain and help them discover the joy of movement. She loves teaching in both private or group classes and she is passionate about motivating clients to pursue their fitness goals through Pilates.
Maggie’s qualifications:
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Power Pilates)
Note: Maggie is fully bilingual in English and Cantonese. Training can be conducted in either language.
